Luis and his team from LA Party Rentals NWA were extremely sweet and professional, they let me know 15-20 minutes before they arrived for drop off and pick up, both were finished in under 30 minutes. They were professional, friendly, and made everything so easy. The bounce house was delivered on time, set up quickly, and was spotless. The quality was excellent, and everyone at the party had an incredible time. Their customer service really stood out. they were responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect.
